The payment for ACW after the $500 deposit is $2,500 to make a total of $3,000 (plus tax where applicable). We have waived the credit card convenience fee.

You are welcome to pay in two payments - first payment is be $1,250 due by January 31 and the second payment will be $1,250 due by Feb 29.  You also have the option to pay the full payment. 

Cancellation Policy

Due to the highly creative and collaborative coordination that events like this require ahead of time, the hosts cannot offer refunds. The ticket once purchased is non-refundable. Registration is non-refundable but transferrable should the participant be unable to attend the planned event. In the case of a transferred registration, the participant can make arrangements and notify StudioLife to update communication to the right person. If the event is cancelled by hosts, all payments and deposit will be refunded 100%.
