Cancellation Policy:

Due to the highly creative and collaborative coordination that events like this require ahead of time, the Hosts cannot offer refunds. 

The ticket purchase once made is non-refundable. We understand that 'life happens,' and any cancellation request received due to an extenuating circumstance may be reviewed by the Hosts who in turn will recommend the appropriate action. 

If the event is cancelled by Hosts, all participants will be extended a full refund of their payments.

Media Consent:

I consent, with my purchase of registration, that any photograph, videotape, or otherwise digital recorded images and/or sound recordings of myself is permissible to use in any public media, including radio, television, internet, social media, print or in any of the organization’s or its partners’ publications, productions, or posts.
