A Creative Way Seattle 2026 Payment Links - "Early Bird" payment in full and installment

"Early Bird" pricing applies to you if you registered on or before November 30th 2025.

The "Early Bird" balance for ACW after your $500 deposit is $2,500 (plus tax where applicable). We have waived the credit card convenience fee.

You are welcome to pay in one or two payments - first payment of $1,250 is due by January 1, 2026 and the second payment will be $1,250 due by Feb 1, 2026.  Payment in full is due February 1, 2026.

Due to the nature of planning and limited space for these retreats, all payments are non-refundable. If you have an unforeseen reason why you will be unable to join us, you can transfer your spot to another person OR use your balance paid toward another domestic A Creative Way retreat with StudioLife/ Sarah Simon within 1 calendar year. Please reach out to us at StudioLife in either event so we can plan accordingly.
