Cancellation Policy

Due to the highly creative and collaborative coordination that events like this require ahead of time, the hosts cannot offer refunds. 

The ticket purchase once made is non-refundable, but should the participant be unable to make the planned event, the participant can gift their ticket to a friend if they cannot make it! Participant may also use non-refundable deposit toward another domestic retreat by StudioLife and Fearon Perry within one calendar year. The participant can make arrangements and notify the hosts.

Media Consent:

I consent, with my purchase of registration, that any photograph, videotape, or otherwise digital recorded images and/or sound recordings of myself is permissible to use in any public media, including radio, television, internet, social media, print or in any of the organization’s or its partners’ publications, productions, or posts.
